Our interior is inspired by Japanese minimalism — the art of finding beauty in simple things, appreciating imperfections, and stepping away from the noise of everyday life. There’s nothing excessive here, just harmony, balance, and a sense of calm.
The design is understated and effortless, with no unnecessary details. We chose three main materials: wood, plaster, and glass blocks. They create a clean, distraction-free backdrop that lets the focus stay on what truly matters — the food and the process of making it. At the same time, the space remains cozy, well-balanced, and effortlessly photogenic.
We’re drawn to the philosophy of wabi-sabi — embracing the beauty in natural flaws and asymmetry. That’s why we moved away from polished perfection and sharp lines, opting instead for raw textures and simple forms. This space is a contrast to the fast-paced city life — a place to slow down, be in the moment, and enjoy life’s simple pleasures.
