We design spaces that work for your business.
Our specialization is interior design and branding for cafes, restaurants, retail, and service-sector businesses. We create vibrant and well-thought-out spaces that attract customers, strengthen brand positioning, and grow together with your business.
We work with small and medium-sized businesses, as well as with corporate clients and agencies. We understand the needs of each category and know how to adapt to your specific goals:
- For private clients and small businesses, we are a team with a streamlined process, transparent management, and extensive experience in delivering complex projects. We know how to work effectively within different budgets and timelines.
- For large companies, we are a studio with a personalized approach and the ability to develop unique interior solutions aligned with your brand strategy.
Our Key Areas of Expertise
- Interior design and visual identity for HoReCa, retail, and service-sector businesses
- Concept development and design support for franchises and chain projects
- Exhibition booth design, event displays, and visual merchandising
Our key advantage is business understanding. We know how important it is to stay on schedule, on budget, and deliver measurable results. That’s why we approach each project not only with aesthetic vision but also with implementation in mind.
Who We Work With
Our clients range from large-scale developers and corporate enterprises to growing restaurant groups and independent business owners — both locally and internationally.
We’ve partnered with major development companies on the design of hundreds of office spaces and coworking environments. Our team has also delivered complex visual and spatial solutions for corporate clients, including projects in remote and specialized locations.
In the hospitality sector, we collaborate with dynamic café and restaurant chains as well as one-of-a-kind dining concepts across different countries. From bakeries to ramen bars, from flagship stores to local coffee shops — our interiors help businesses stand out and scale.
We also design educational and social spaces for industrial and public-sector clients, always blending functionality with a strong visual identity.
With a portfolio that spans multiple markets and cultures, we tailor each project to reflect the client’s goals, brand values, and local context — whether in a global franchise or a boutique retail concept.
How We Work
Yarin Bureau is a small team, and this is our advantage. Usually, up to 10 people participate in a project, allowing us to remain highly flexible and make decisions in real-time. For example, we can work under tight deadlines and adjust tasks at any stage.
Typically, a project has seven stages:
- Creative Research. We study the market, select examples, and briefly describe possible concepts. This helps us understand that we are thinking in the same direction as the client.
- Measurements and Photographic Documentation of the Space. If we are nearby, we visit the site ourselves. If working remotely, we ask colleagues or the client to assist.
- Planning Solution. We offer layout options to choose one for detailed development. It’s also possible to combine several solutions into one.
- 3D Visualization. We create photorealistic interior models. We can go further and create a virtual tour for 360° immersion into the future space.
- Design Project. Drawings and specifications that contractors use to carry out construction work and procure interior elements.
- Author’s Supervision. We ensure that the on-site work aligns with the concept. We create technical assignments for contractors and make necessary changes to the project.
- Object Photoshoot. Perhaps the most enjoyable part—but not necessarily the final one. We don’t disappear after project completion and are ready to re-engage in the work. For example, when it’s time to update the design or adapt it to a new space.
