Hello! This is Nikolay Yarin,
the founder of Yarin Bureau.
We design interiors for corporations and small businesses. Clients come to us when they need to create a design concept for a space: a café, restaurant, shop, or office—whether it’s a standalone location, a chain, or a franchise.

Our strength lies in a unique approach to each task
We don’t work on projects autonomously; we become part of the client’s team. We delve into the essence of the business, integrate into its processes, and respond quickly and thoughtfully to new inputs. Thanks to this principle, we successfully collaborate with both international giants and small family companies.
Regardless of the project’s scale and budget, we think through the concept down to the smallest details and strive to make the space both functional and inspiring. Our interiors solve business challenges, reflect the brand’s spirit, attract attention, and receive awards at industry competitions such as Design Skill, Architecture Collection, and INT Design Award.
80+ Projects Around the World
Our concepts have been implemented in the USA, Russia, Belarus, UAE, Kuwait, Estonia, Germany, France, Israel, and other countries.
We developed the design for the “Samolet Plus” franchise with over 1,500 offices, as well as more than 50 offices and coworking spaces for the development company “Samolet.” We have created over 30 projects for “Gazprom Neft” and “Gazprom”—from designing exhibition and office spaces to residential modules of offshore ice-resistant platforms. We crafted the visual interior style for HELLO PAPAYA coffee shops, the BRIGHT restaurant chain, and restaurant chains of the LB GROUP holding: J’PAN, RA’MEN, KOOK, and WU SHU.
How We Work
Yarin Bureau is a small team, and this is our advantage. Usually, up to 10 people participate in a project, allowing us to remain highly flexible and make decisions in real-time. For example, we can work under tight deadlines and adjust tasks at any stage.
Typically, a project has seven stages:
- Creative Research. We study the market, select examples, and briefly describe possible concepts. This helps us understand that we are thinking in the same direction as the client.
- Measurements and Photographic Documentation of the Space. If we are nearby, we visit the site ourselves. If working remotely, we ask colleagues or the client to assist.
- Planning Solution. We offer layout options to choose one for detailed development. It’s also possible to combine several solutions into one.
- 3D Visualization. We create photorealistic interior models. We can go further and create a virtual tour for 360° immersion into the future space.
- Design Project. Drawings and specifications that contractors use to carry out construction work and procure interior elements.
- Author’s Supervision. We ensure that the on-site work aligns with the concept. We create technical assignments for contractors and make necessary changes to the project.
- Object Photoshoot. Perhaps the most enjoyable part—but not necessarily the final one. We don’t disappear after project completion and are ready to re-engage in the work. For example, when it’s time to update the design or adapt it to a new space.
